Return Policy

Below is edhardy's return policy. If you want to return item/items to us, please read and follow the instructions listed. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. It is crucial to understand our return policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item/items back to us.
7 Day Return Period
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received with all tags intact or merchandise will be returned to the sender.
All sales final on intimate/undergarment apparel and sale item(s).

Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.

Shipping Fee Refund
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Ed Hardy Shop Online. We will only refund up to the price of "standard ground/economy" shipping.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
Additional fees, up to 15% cost of product will be charged for any product missing the original box, content, accessories, etc. All products need to be returned in original sellable condition.

Retail Stores & Authorized Dealers
Items purchased from Ed Hardy Retail stores or any authorized dealers must be returned to the place of purchase.
